No Show and Cancellation Policy

No Shows on the day will be charge at full value of the booking.

Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service will be no charge. 

Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the booking.

I am sorry to have to implement this charge but I am a small independent salon and losing bookings heavily impacts my earnings and I have costs to cover, thanks for understanding

Should you not be 100% happy with your cut or colour please contact us within 7 days.

Due to incurred stylists time, products used and salon expenses to provide your service, our policy is  to rebook your with one of our stylists as soon as possible, to redo your style/colour free of charge,  this usually corrects any issues you might have had.
